Warranty

12 months from receipt.

The transformer warranty starts on the date of receipt and lasts 12 months.

Warranty terms

The manufacturer guarantees that the product complies with SRPS N.H8.010, N.H8.022, N.H8.023 and ISO 9001:2015 and that the transformer delivers the characteristics stated on its label:

  • primary voltage (or voltages)
  • secondary voltage (or voltages)
  • secondary power (VA)

provided that the primary voltage does not deviate by more than ±5 % from the value stated under ‘primary’.

The warranty does not cover

  • mechanical damage, torn-out leads and the like
  • destroyed markings (labels)
  • incorrect connection to the mains
  • opening the transformer (protective film removed)
  • a transformer used without a fuse or with an unsuitable fuse
  • burn-out caused by overload

The customer pays the transport costs. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage to machines, devices, equipment or buildings, or for personal injury, caused by a transformer burning out.

Standard equipment

Everything that comes in the box.

  • Packaging: a cardboard box sized to the transformer, for safe transport and storage.
  • Mounting kit: rubber washers, metal clamping plate, bolt with nut and washers.
  • Instructions for use.
  • A thermal fuse that cuts the power at 115–130 °C, fitted in every transformer.
